Having the strength and courage to compromise some personal beliefs for the welfare of society as a whole.
Supporting and helping elect political candidates who best align with the general consensus on UBOCA’s national issues.
Making a difference, one issue and one opinion at a time.
Most of today’s important issues are so over analyzed, scrutinized and personalized that the simple reality of what’s best for society as a whole is lost. Concerned Americans must pull together, apply basic logic and help restore American values and our nation’s backbone.
Get your friends and neighbors together, have a party and form a neighborhood UBOCA group. Even a group of one can have a strong influence in their community and on local government. With enough united patriots across the Nation, UBOCA would be a national force and return significant power back to concerned Americans and away from bad politicians and extremist.
UBOCA is a spirit with a heartbeat, concerned Americans growing into a group so large that moral, political wisdom will swing elections in favor of what's best for America and society as a whole. Join the crusade, every single person makes a huge difference. Whatever else you can, also be a UBOCAN.

C.O.O.L.E
County Oversight on Law Enforcement
The Goal
Provide oversight on law enforcement officers within our own individual communities & counties.
Simplify conduct standards for law enforcement officers and citizens when interacting.
Officers – respectful & professional
Citizens – respectful & truthful
Encourage citizens to file a complaint with local authorities when officers have violated these standards and forward a copy to COOLE.net
File a public information request for the personnel files of all officers employed at your local law enforcement agencies. Get yearly updates and keep all information for your groups future reference.
Request the dismissal of officers who blatantly or consistently violate those conduct standards.
Hold local & county elected officials accountable for the performance of law enforcement officers in their local communities & county!
Create ways to acknowledge the appreciation Law Enforcement Officers deserve for performing duties that are constantly dangerous and stressful.
Spread the message and display Officer Leon and UBOCA posters around town, the police stations, community centers, restaurants, stores, etc.
Contact a friend or relative who lives in a different county OR state and forward UBOCA and C.O.O.L.E to them. OVER 3,000 counties in our nation daisy chaining will help link us all together and become even more effective.
*Many people do not have the proper attitude or character to be a Law Enforcement Officer; they need a different profession!
*Those who do, need our respect & support!
WHAT CAN I DO?
Huddle up with your friends and neighbors and form a local C.O.O.L.E oversight group.
