WHAT CAN I DO?
Huddle up with your friends and neighbors and form a neighborhood UBOCA group.
Encourage respectful community discussions and forums concerning the attitude and character of local police officers.
Request the dismissal of officers in your community who blatantly or consistently break the conduct standards.
Hold local & county elected officials accountable for the performance of law enforcement officers in “YOUR” local communities & county!
Endorse & publicize UBOCA’s Community Law Enforcement Policy. Click here.
Create and enact ways to acknowledge the appreciation Law Enforcement Officers deserve for performing duties that are constantly dangerous and stressful.
*Spread the message and display Officer Leon and UBOCA posters around town, restaurants, stores, etc.
*Forward UBOCA to friends and family in other communities around the nation.

File a public information request for the personnel files of all officers employed at your local law enforcement agencies. Get yearly updates and keep all information for your groups future reference.
Request the dismissal of officers in your community who blatantly or consistently break the conduct standards.
Hold local & county elected officials accountable for the performance of law enforcement officers in “YOUR” local communities & county!
Create and enact ways to acknowledge the appreciation Law Enforcement Officers deserve for performing duties that are constantly dangerous and stressful.

* Contact a friend or relative who lives in a different county OR state and forward UBOCA and C.O.O.L.E to them. OVER 3,000 counties in our nation daisy chaining will help link us all together and become even more effective.
